Orders need to be placed at least five working days before the function date (unless otherwise stated in the quotation).

For Delightful Quick and Easy meals an order needs to be placed three working days before the meal is required.

All quoted prices include delivery within the Pretoria and Centurion areas.  An additional delivery fee will be charged for delivery outside this area.

We gladly accept EFT transfers and cash.  Regrettably no credit cards or cheques can be accepted.

When placing your order the completion of an Order Form is required.  The said document can be downloaded from our website alternatively we can e-mail it to you.  Please return the completed form to Delightful Delicious Catering on e-mail: melinda@delightfuldelicious.co.za or fax: 012 991 7737.  Once the Order Form has been received an invoice for the payment of a 50% non-refundable deposit will be issued and payment of the deposit serves as confirmation of your placed order.

One week prior to the function date an invoice for the payment of the 50% balance will be issued and sent to you.  Full settlement of this invoice is required by the function/ delivery date.

Should any serving material, crockery and cutlery, glassware, linen and serving platters be damaged and/or lost whilst in the care of the client, the full retail replacement value of such material/ platter or serving dish will be billed to the client.
